The kitchen includes a full-size fridge and stove/oven, but there is no dishwasher. The breakfast bar has seating for 2. The casual sitting area is furnished with a small sofa.

The upstairs owners are happy to share the private swimming pool in the backyard and the gas grill. There is no landline phone or washer and dryer available. There is a laundry mat located on the island. Handicap friendly (ground level unit, not ADA compliant). Parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please Note: Tybreeza A occupies part of the ground level of this cottage. There is a 1 bedroom apartment next door, Tybreeza B. Given the age of the building you may be able to hear some sound if the other apartment is occupied during your stay. The bedroom is separated from the living area by curtains; there is no door.
