Beachside Colony Resort has three small swimming pools including one heated pool (Tybee’s only heated pool). The building has elevator access. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA and a popular beachfront restaurant and lounge with complimentary WIFI internet access.

The open living and dining area is warm and inviting. The tastefully decorated living area has a large flat screen smart TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. The contemporary design includes an open floor plan with balcony access. The dining area has a dining table with seating for 4 and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The kitchen has also been updated with all new appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped along with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master suite is furnished with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony and an attached bath. The all-new master bathroom is appointed with dual vanity sinks and a large custom tile shower. There are 2 additional guest bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed and one with 2 Twin Beds. Each room includes a flat-screen TV. There is WIFI internet access is available for guest use in this condo. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles. NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity. This condo is not pet-friendly.
