Tybee Beach Club 127 is a second floor, three-bedroom condo located in the Beachside Colony Resort on Tybee's Mid Island beach. Get ready for some family fun-in-the-sun, all year long. Spend your days on the beach, and your time indoors relaxing with an open plan living area with a private balcony that overlooks the community courtyard, three pools, and the Atlantic Ocean. Take a dip in the community pool, or grab a bite or a cocktail at the onsite restaurant, The Deck, overlooking the pools and the ocean.
The open and inviting floor plan includes a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV and a sleeper sofa. The dining area has ample seating for up to 6 people, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. The large, open concept kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, a writing desk, and even a wet bar!
The Master Bedroom suite has a King size bed and a Flat Screen TV. The attached large master bathroom has both a glass surrounded walk-in shower and a large soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. The first guest bedroom has a Queen Size bed, and a TV, and the second guest bedroom is furnished with 2 twin beds, and also has a TV. The two guest bedrooms share a Jack-n-Jill bathroom, with a walk-in shower.
This condo is located on the second floor within the Tybee Beach Club building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the three pools, two covered garage parking spaces, and beach access. The building has elevator access. Perfect for families, this condo sleeps up to 8. Wifi is available. There is unreserved parking for 2 cars. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.
POOLS: Pools are open. Occupancy and hour restrictions are in place. Guests will need to make a reservation each morning for time slot.
(Subject to change based on HOA Guidelines). Pool heat is available between the months of October-March in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.
