Bay View Villas 101 is a first floor, three bedroom two bathroom condo with a beautiful view of the bay, just over the protected dunes. Relax and soak up the sun in the community pool while breathing in the crisp ocean breeze. Guests will love the tasteful furnishings and décor of this condo.

The living room will greet you with its abundance of natural light pouring in through the bay window and sliding door leading to the furnished balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with a King bed and a large flat-screen TV. The third bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, plus twin bunk beds and a TV. A second full bathroom is located off the hallway. This condo also offers an in-unit washer and dryer.

Wireless Internet is available. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). This unit includes 2 reserved parking spaces. No pets are allowed. Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony.
