Brass Rail 114 is located only 30 yards to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the pier and more. Community amenities include a private community pool, an outdoor hot tub that is heated year-round, and a community picnic area.

This property has wood and ceramic tile in the living room and kitchen. The kitchen features granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless appliances. Enjoy entertaining guests and cooking meals in the beautiful kitchen. There are a full-size washer and dryer.

The spacious master bath features a whirlpool tub and a separate walk-in shower. The two guest rooms share a full bath in the hall. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, the second has two twin beds. There is a guest half bath just off the kitchen.

Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator. Wireless internet is available for guest convenience.

NOTE: Parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit. No additional parking is available. Smoking is prohibited at all Brass Rails common areas, including both pools, parking garages, walkways, and dog walking area.
