The home looks out onto a lovely marsh, this is the perfect spot for relaxing and taking in the views of egrets, marsh grass, and tall trees. The house is a short walk to Tybee’s art district where you will find boutiques, galleries, a coffee shop, and local restaurants. Two local hot spots for family dining are here as well – Huc-a-Poo’s and Gerald’s BBQ. North Beach is about a 10-minute walk or a quick ride on your bike.

The main floor has an open living, dining, and kitchen floorplan. Including a fully stocked kitchen, ample seating in the living room including a sleeper sofa, large flat-screen TV over the decorative fireplace, a dining table with seating for 6 and an additional 3 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and plenty of cooking ware. There is a half bath located on this floor as well. Just off the living area, there is a large screened-in deck with ample seating to enjoy a great meal or cup of coffee while taking in the views. Just off the kitchen is another deck furnished with a picnic table and gas grill, perfect for cookouts!

Located on the top floor of the home is the Master bedroom which has a King bed, a large flat-screen TV and a Keurig for morning coffee and a private balcony. The ensuite features a walk-in shower and double vanity. The 1st guest bedroom has a King bed and flat-screen TV. The 2nd guest bedroom features 2 Double beds and a flat-screen TV. Both guest rooms have access to the Jack and Jill bathroom which connects both rooms.
