There is a dining area with a table that seats 4. Just off the living area is a large screened-in porch that is an extension of the living space, complete with a dining table for six and conversational seating. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area with a center island ready to take on your favorite vacation meals.

Both bedrooms have a Queen size bed. There is a large flat-screen TV in one of the bedrooms. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom on this level. Downstairs is a full-size washer and dryer, and a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outdoors there is a gas grill, basketball goal, and a fire pit to enjoy.

This cozy Tybee mid-island home is just a short two-block walk to the beach and a short stroll to Tybee's Memorial Park, which offers tennis, basketball, sand volleyball courts, and an island-themed playground. The Idler is on Second Avenue, Tybee Island's dedicated bike path, so be sure to bring your bicycles or plan on renting them while visiting.
