The Master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and has a flat-screen TV. The Master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a TV, the third bedroom is furnished with 2 Queen sizes beds and a TV. This condo sleeps up to 8 guests.

This condo is handicap friendly as there is an elevator (not ADA compliant). There are 2 reserved parking spaces in the gated lot. NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high season

About the Sandpiper Condos: This oceanfront gated condo building is located on the strand, on the South end of Tybee Island. Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping. The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie`s on the Beach and Spanky's Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment. The oceanfront units are premier rentals for some of Tybee`s events like Pirate Fest and fireworks shows on July 3rd, Labor Day Weekend, and New Year`s Eve.
