Sandpiper 207 is located on the second floor of the back building of the Sandpiper Condos. There is an elevator and partial side ocean views from the balcony looking down the lane. Put your toes in the sand just 20 yards away! The condo was newly furnished in 2012 and offers a fully equipped kitchen and tile and laminate wood floors. The dining table seats 4 with an additional 4 at the breakfast bar. The living area offers a Queen sleeper sofa along with a 40in flat-screen TV. There is a small private balcony furnished with two rockers that offer a glimpse of the ocean when looking down the lane. The master bedroom is furnished with a King, 32in flat screen TV/DVD, and offers an attached bath with soaking tub and separate shower.

The Queen guest bedroom includes a 32in flat-screen TV/DVD and there is an additional guest bedroom with a Twin size and a Double size bed. There is a full bath in the hall along with a full-sized washer and dryer. Wireless high-speed internet/WIFI is available for guest use.

Situated in the heart of the South end commercial district, just steps from the beach, Tybee Pier, restaurants, and shopping. The Sandpiper Condo building is separated by a public parking lot from the beach and is in-between two popular Tybee restaurants, Fannie`s on the Beach and Spanky`s Beachside, both sometimes offer live entertainment.
