The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping space. The dining area has seating for 4, and there are 2 barstools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped to make preparing meals at home a breeze. There is also a stacked washer and dryer tucked inside the cabinetry for guest use.

The master bedroom has a King bed, a TV, and a large bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and TV. The hall bathroom has a tub and shower combination and is also accessible from the guest bedroom.

This condo is located on the second floor of The Vue building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the three pools, two covered garage parking spaces, elevators, beach access, and an on-site restaurant, the Deck. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA. Pet-friendly with an additional fee.

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

Due to Tybee COVID-19 Guidelines, the Beachside Colony Pools will be temporarily closed as of April 1st until further notice.
